Abi earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and is recognized as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the State of Texas.

Abi has a passion for working with adults and teens ages 16 and up. She desires to see healing and restoration for clients who experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, and faith issues. Her hope is to create a safe and encouraging place for clients to share about their experiences, explore their thoughts and feelings, gain new tools, and find freedom and growth in their life and relationships.

She primarily utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach with a person-centered attitude to meet the needs of clients. She also has the unique perspective of being both a minister and a PK (preacher’s kid); which provides her an understanding of life in ministry, the church, and walking with Jesus daily.
