Charity Pace earned her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University and is recognized as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the State of Texas. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults (ages 12 and up) as they navigate a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, shame and guilt, communication challenges, boundary-setting, anger, grief and loss, and life transitions. She offers both in-person and telehealth counseling services.
Charity is passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and pursue healing. Her approach blends understanding the roots of current struggles with practical cognitive-behavioral strategies that help clients create meaningful change in their daily lives. Charity is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an evidence-based approach that can help individuals process trauma and address a wide range of concerns.
