Kim Delahoussaye

Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and Family Ministries and her Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University . She is licensed as a Professional Counselor by the state of Texas, a practitioner of Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI), certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and currently receiving additional training in EMDR.

Kim has worked and volunteered extensively with children and teens. Her ability to connect and provide a nurturing atmosphere has served individuals well, whether in the church, home, camp or therapy setting. Kim’s experience and education equips her to work with clients of all ages with a variety of troubles. She accepts teen and adult clients dealing with adjustment, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, divorce recovery, marital troubles, stress, codependency and grief.

Kim is committed to her clients and to helping them heal and grow. Her goal is to provide each client with a place to process painful issues that is both safe and encouraging so that together they can work towards the positive change the client desires.
